Caroline Fraser

Caroline Fraser is a highly experienced public health intelligence analyst currently serving as the Lead Public Health Intelligence Analyst at the London Borough of Camden since December 2024. Prior to this role, Caroline held multiple positions at The Health Foundation from July 2020 to November 2024, including Senior Data Analyst and Data Analyst in Policy. Caroline's academic background includes a PhD in Epidemiology from UCL, attained between 2016 and 2020, as well as a Master of Science in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of Leeds, completed in 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the same institution, earned in 2014. Additional experience includes work as a Research Fellow and Research Assistant at UCL, alongside an honorary researcher role at Public Health England from March 2016 to August 2020.
