Caroline Kennedy has extensive experience in public service and strategic leadership, currently serving as the Head of Participation and Partnerships at the London Borough of Camden since June 2011. Caroline has held various senior roles within Camden Council, including Head of Participation, Head of Strategy for Corporate Services, and Engagement Lead. Prior to this, Caroline was the Interim Member Support Services Manager and Senior Policy Officer. Earlier experience includes serving as Policy and Communications Manager at Fenland Council from 2006 to 2010. Caroline holds a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Nottingham Trent University.
