Jaimi Modha

Jaimi Modha is an experienced professional in organizational development and learning, currently serving as the OD & L&D Principal Officer for the London Borough of Camden since January 2019, while also holding the position of Learning Technology Officer at Haringey Council since December 2016. Previous roles include serving as an Organisational Development Intern at the University of Westminster, where development interventions and strategic planning were undertaken, and a Research Assistant at BDRC Continental, where psychological knowledge was applied to qualitative research analysis. Jaimi also has experience as a Sales Assistant and as an HR Admin Assistant. Jaimi holds a Master of Science in Organisational Psychology from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Surrey.
