Mark Billington

Mark Billington currently serves as the Acting Corporate Director at the London Borough of Harrow since July 2018, overseeing Housing, Environment, Regeneration, Planning, Economic Development, and Cultural Services. In this role, Mark has successfully led a regeneration programme in Harrow, enhancing public spaces and local commerce. Additionally, Mark holds multiple titles within Harrow Council, including Head of Enterprise and Cultural Services, and Director of Economy and Culture, where responsibilities include implementing various strategic plans and securing significant funding for public assets and parks. Previous experiences include leadership roles at the London Development Agency, London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, and as a Director at Small Creative Solutions, alongside a foundation in training development at LETEC. Mark Billington earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Leeds.
