Senay Yesil

Senay Yesil is a seasoned transformation consultant currently serving at the London Borough of Camden, where responsibilities began in February 2024. Prior to this role, Senay worked at PwC as a Senior Manager in the People in Deals division from August 2022 to April 2024, and previously held the position of HR Strategic Lead at the London Borough of Camden from February 2017 to August 2022. At Camden Council, the focus was on leading the resourcing strategy to drive culture change, capacity building, and performance improvement. Senay's extensive experience in human resources includes serving as a Senior HR Change Manager and other managerial roles at the Metropolitan Police from October 2005 to February 2017, where significant HR transformations and operational projects were spearheaded. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Marketing, both earned from Middlesex University.
