Zoe Tyndall is an experienced leader in public service and social impact, currently serving as the Head of Debt and Financial Resilience at the London Borough of Camden since February 2024. Previously, Zoe held the position of Head of Service for the Here to Help initiative at the London Borough of Hackney, which focused on proactive support for residents. In addition to this role, Zoe was a Change Support Manager at Hackney Council, where responsibilities included setting up an innovation team and managing pandemic responses. Prior consultancy experience includes freelancing for various non-profits and strategic roles such as CEO of OxFizz, where the focus was on increasing access to top universities. Other notable positions include Investment Manager at CAF Venturesome and Head of Portfolio and Monitoring & Evaluation at Yunus Social Business. Zoe's career began in research at BritainThinks, following a 2:1 degree in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
