Cara Tooher

Cara Tooher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic business management and executive assistance. Currently serving as a Strategic Business Manager and previously as the Executive Assistant to the Director of Children and Young People's Services at the London Borough of Hackney since November 2014, Cara has developed strong organizational and strategic skills. Prior positions include PA and Office Manager at iMPOWER from November 2010 to January 2014 and Children Centre Coordinator at the London Borough of Bromley from July 2008 to November 2010. Cara holds a degree in Criminology and Social Policy from the University of Kent, completed in 2008.
