Carsal B.

Carsal B. serves as an Assistant Youth Worker for the London Borough of Hackney since January 2023 and has held a significant role as a Youth Justice Leader and Community Researcher with Account Hackney since July 2019, contributing to the independent advisory group focused on policing issues. At Hackney CVS from July 2019 to August 2023, Carsal B. led initiatives in partnership with various organizations to advance public health and violence reduction efforts. Previous experience includes roles as a Peer Educator for Safer London, facilitating mental health discussions among young men, and as a Workshop Facilitator at the African Community School. Carsal B. holds a BTEC Extended Diploma in Engineering from the College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London and completed GCSEs at The Urswick School.
