Jarlath O'Connell

Jarlath O'Connell is an experienced professional with a strong background in policy development and governance support, currently serving as Overview and Scrutiny Manager at the London Borough of Hackney since December 2007. Prior roles include Senior Policy Officer and Committee Officer at the London Borough of Camden, where responsibilities encompassed the management of committees and compliance with regulations. Jarlath's earlier experience includes serving as Festival Director for the International Broadcasting Convention and working in various capacities within the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
