Matthew Paul AIRPM has over a decade of experience in income management and dispute resolution within the housing sector. Currently serving as an Income & Disputes Resolution Officer at the London Borough of Hackney since March 2014, Matthew oversees leasehold and freehold accounts, handles income collection, and addresses day-to-day inquiries while also investigating disputed charges and complaints.
