Vicky joined London Bridge Hospital in 2017 having previously been leading the UK HR Function for Tiffany & Co. the luxury jewellery company. Prior to this Vicky had a 20 year career in HR for brands such as Coca Cola, Arcadia Group Ltd (Retail Fashion Clothing) and Revlon Cosmetics. Vicky has a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (CIPD) from the University of Westminster.
During her career, Vicky has worked on a number of major transformational projects including working on a cultural change programme at Coca Cola’s largest Manufacturing and Distribution plant within the UK and the re-structuring of the Tiffany & Co. retail business.
Vicky has a passion for enabling Employee Engagement through initiatives and individual development to optimise business performance.
