Cristina Escallon

Cristina Escallon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, education, and consulting. Currently serving as Program Director and Guest Faculty at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and as Affiliate Faculty at London Business School, Cristina has been involved in executive education since 2011. Roles include Senior Advisor at Ashoka and Senior Affiliate at Aberkyn/McKinsey & Company. As an independent consultant through CE Consulting, Cristina focuses on leadership effectiveness, culture change, and corporate strategy. Cristina has also held board positions, including Non Executive Board Member at Whole Child International and past director roles at Cusezar International Group. Cristina's educational background includes an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes.
