Kirstie Papworth

Kirstie Papworth is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, particularly in the wine and spirits industry and education. Currently serving as Executive Director of Experiential Learning at London Business School since June 2019, Kirstie has also held the position of Director at Tangerine Thistle since December 2012. Prior experience includes Commercial Director at Bibendum Wine Ltd, managing significant aspects of wine, spirit, and Champagne operations from 2007 to 2013, as well as General Manager for Bibendum Ventures. Kirstie's earlier roles at Diageo, including Commercial Planning Manager and Project and Change Manager, demonstrated a strong capacity for strategic development and project management. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in Archaeology from The University of Edinburgh, an MSc in Psychology with a business focus from the University of Strathclyde, and a Master of Science in Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, along with several relevant professional certifications.
