Lauren Lamb

Lauren Lamb serves as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at London Business School since December 2021, following a role as Recruitment Manager at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, from October 2017 to December 2021, where focus areas included marketing, finance, executive education, and research centres. Prior to this, Lauren worked as Senior Manager for Marketing at Hays from June 2004 to October 2017, specializing in the recruitment of marketing and communications professionals across both public and private sectors. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Policy from Sheffield Hallam University, earned between 2000 and 2003.
