Patricia Keener

Patricia Keener is an experienced career management professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Career Management at London Business School since August 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing a team delivering career coaching to approximately 2,400 students across various master's and executive programs. Prior roles include Head of Early and Mid Careers and MBA Career Lead at the same institution, where Patricia managed teams and designed career skills initiatives. Patricia is also the Founder of KeenerInspiration, providing coaching and professional development training since 2003. Previous experience includes roles as a training consultant and career coach at various organizations, including Imperial College Business School and Focus Information Services. Patricia holds a BFA from Ithaca College and additional qualifications in soft skills and cross-functional leadership.
