Ruth Beckinsale

Ruth Beckinsale is an experienced executive in planning and development, currently serving as the Executive Director Planning and Deputy School Secretary at London Business School since April 2012. In this role, Ruth is responsible for the corporate planning process, collaborating with key stakeholders to link the School's Vision and Brand with strategic and departmental plans. Ruth has also held various leadership positions at London Business School, including Deputy Company Secretary during the COVID-19 pandemic and Director of Business Planning in the Advancement Department. Prior experience includes significant roles at Norden Farm Centre for the Arts as a Trustee, as Development Operations Manager at Abbey Theatre, Head of Development Operations at Southbank Centre, and Campaign Manager at Natural History Museum. Ruth holds an MA in Arts Management from Anglia Ruskin University and a BA (Hons) in Music from the University of Southampton.
