Steve Hurst

Steve Hurst is a seasoned executive in leadership development and organizational performance, currently serving as the Executive Education Programme Director at London Business School since July 2025. As the Founder and CEO of Humanity Inc since May 2024, Steve focuses on enhancing motivation and engagement in leaders to achieve sustainable results. Prior to these roles, Steve was the Global President of Learning & Engagement at Wood from January 2022 to April 2024, where leadership was provided across learning, executive development, and cultural engagement. From February 2016 to December 2021, Steve held the position of Vice President of Learning and Development at Sage, leading the global strategy for their Learning & Development Centre of Expertise. Earlier experience includes founding and directing Sherman Hill Consulting Ltd from July 2013 to November 2016, focusing on leadership and performance strategies for multinational companies.
