Ertigen Zoga has a vast range of experience in the BPO industry, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at EuroCom CX. With a background in strategic marketing consulting and customer service, Ertigen has also held positions in various organizations such as European Customer Experience Organization, London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and IAOP. Holding a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the European University of Tirana, Ertigen is also the Managing Partner of Digital Albania Services, showcasing expertise in wholesale and retail B2C and B2B brands.
