James Alderson

James Alderson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client experience management and IT consultancy. Currently serving as an Advisory Committee Member at the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry since October 2022, James actively supports the growth of financial institutions and SMEs in the City of London. As the Director of Client Experience at Waterstons since August 2007, James focuses on delivering exceptional client service and overseeing commercial matters. Previous roles included Regional Head for the Southern business and Executive Consultant, specializing in IT alignment and strategy, project management, and service management. James began the career as a Network Engineer at Land Instruments International and holds a degree in Computing Networks from Sheffield Hallam University.
