Lou Kramer

Lou Kramer currently serves as the Superintendent of the London City School District since August 2015 and has held adjunct faculty positions at Wittenberg University and Franklin University since April 2023 and November 2019, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as Superintendent of Northeastern Local Schools from August 2011 to July 2015 and as Interim Superintendent for the Clark County Educational Service Center in early 2015. Lou Kramer also worked as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Mad River Local Schools from August 2008 to July 2011. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a Master of Arts (MA) in Educational Leadership and Administration from The Ohio State University, along with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Elementary Education from the University of Dayton.
