Josh Coffey

Josh Coffey is a software developer at London Computer Systems since April 2023, previously serving as a graduate student at the University of Cincinnati from August 2019 to August 2024. During the graduate program, Josh conducted extensive research on the interaction of rotating detonation engines with magnetic fields through over 200 experiments and utilized advanced technologies such as COMSOL Multiphysics, Matlab, Latex, FEMM, and SolidWorks. Josh also served as a teaching assistant, providing feedback and grading for more than 30 students. Before pursuing graduate studies, Josh attended a Java development bootcamp at Tech Elevator from January to April 2023. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
