Caroline Dawes

Caroline Dawes currently serves as the Head of Children's Services at London Councils, a position held since April 2009. Prior to this role, Caroline worked as an Information Officer at the London Borough of Camden from September 2003 to April 2006. Caroline holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Comparative Literature from UCL, obtained in 2003, and a degree from The University of Manchester, completed in 2000.
