Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for the Society of London Treasurers at London Councils, Luke Hillan supports policy development and conducts research on pan-London issues. As the Director of Fiscal Policy for the Ontario Ministry of Finance, Luke Hillan manages a team focused on Ontario's multi-year fiscal plan and federal-provincial relations. Previous roles include Director of Business Planning at the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure, where Luke Hillan led negotiations with municipalities and developed funding programs, and Business Manager for Engineering & Transportation in the District of West Vancouver, overseeing significant financial budgets. Luke Hillan holds a BA in Political Science from St. Francis Xavier University and is currently pursuing a CPA designation.
