Kathryn Bloomfield

Kathryn Bloomfield is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 31 years of experience in the London Fire Brigade, currently serving as Human Resources Business Manager since July 2018. Throughout the career, Kathryn has held various leadership roles, including Head of People Strategy, Workforce Planning and Data, where a focus on improving operational workforce planning was emphasized. Kathryn has contributed to community safety initiatives, supported firefighters during the coronavirus pandemic as a Wellbeing Support Volunteer, and represented the national fire and rescue service on significant national groups.
