Victoria McFarland

Victoria McFarland is an experienced Talent Manager at London Fire Brigade since December 2020, leading the Talent Team and developing a comprehensive organization-wide talent management system. Prior to this role, McFarland spent over twelve years at Transport for London, serving in various capacities including Skills & Employment Delivery Manager and Organisation Development Specialist, where significant contributions included the delivery of TfL’s Talent Management Framework. Earlier career experiences include consulting roles at Human Assets Limited and PricewaterhouseCoopers following the completion of an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of London and a BSc in Psychology from Durham University.
