Justin Sim

Justin Sim is an experienced paramedic educator currently working with Middlesex-London Paramedic Services since April 2020, where responsibilities include collaboration with the Education management team to identify trends and deliver educational programs to over 400 staff members. In addition to the educator role, Justin serves as Acting Superintendent of Operations and Advanced Care Paramedic at London Health Sciences Centre and has previously held positions such as Associate Paramedic Instructor at Para-Mentors and Lead Tutor at Ornge. Justin's background includes experience as a Primary Care Flight Paramedic with SkyCare Air Ambulance & Charters and Medavie Health Services, as well as primary care paramedic roles with the Canadian Armed Forces and British Columbia Ambulance Service. Educational accomplishments consist of a Bachelor of Applied Health Science in Paramedicine from Medicine Hat College and certifications in Advanced Care Paramedicine and Primary Care Paramedicine, with ongoing studies in Clinical Education at The Michener Institute of Education at UHN.
