Prior to this, Steve has worked as an NOC Engineer at Lebara, Vodafone, Wavecrest, and TeliaSonera, gaining experience in network monitoring and fault resolution. With a background in telecommunications and a degree in Service Desk Management, Steve has a strong foundation in the industry and a proven track record of efficiently managing network operations.
