Olivier Nourani

Olivier Nourani has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Royalty Accountant at in Demand LLC in 2001. Olivier then moved on to become a Senior Accountant at Tufenkian Carpets from 2002 to 2005 and later at Covington Fabric & Design in 2006. Olivier joined Marc Jacobs in 2006 as a Manager in Cost Accounting and later became a Senior Manager in Accounting. In 2010, they became the Controller at Van Cleef & Arpels, where they managed the accounting department and prepared financial statements. Olivier was promoted to Assistant Vice President in Finance and was responsible for strategic planning and budgeting. In 2017, they became the Vice President of Business Development at Van Cleef & Arpels, supervising multiple departments and implementing sales strategies. In 2020, they joined ON Point Consulting as the Managing Director until 2022. Olivier also served as an Advisory Council Member at Seton Hall University in 2022. In 2022, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Ladurée USA until 2023. Currently, they hold the role of Chief Operating Officer at London Jewelers, starting from 2023. Olivier also served as an Advisory Board Member at Pace University - Lubin School of Business in 2021.

Olivier Nourani completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Pace University - Lubin School of Business in the years 1997 to 2001. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master's degree (MS) in Accounting from Baruch College. In addition, Olivier obtained several certifications, including the Transformative Leadership Program from Pace University - Lubin School of Business in 2021, the Digital Leadership Program from IMD in 2017, and the Accredited Jewelry Professional certification from GIA (Gemological Institute of America) in 2012.
