Caroline Unsworth has extensive experience in project support and recruitment, currently serving as a Project Support Analyst at the London Metal Exchange since August 2013. Prior to this role, Caroline provided PMO support at Deutsche Bank, managing financial aspects and governance for the Transaction Accounting and P&L Attribution programmes. Previous positions include Recruitment Manager at PwC, where responsibilities included managing the UK candidate selection process for a global IT programme, and Front Office IT Recruiter at Resource Solutions/Nomura, overseeing the recruitment of IT staff for Front Office functions. Earlier experience also includes Direct IT Recruiter roles at Resource Solutions/Barclays Capital, establishing a Direct Recruitment function, and Account Manager at Parity Resourcing Solutions, providing IT contract staff to BT. Caroline holds a BSc in Biology from the University of Leeds, obtained in 1997.
