Louise Rabeux

Louise Rabeux currently serves as Legal Counsel at the London Metal Exchange since November 2023. Prior to this role, Louise worked at the Financial Conduct Authority from September 2014 to November 2023, where responsibilities included serving as a Lead Associate in the General Counsel Division, focusing on EU and UK financial services regulation, particularly in the MiFID and EMIR frameworks, and contributing to Brexit-related projects. Additional experience includes positions as a Senior Lawyer at Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking and various associate roles at prestigious law firms such as Allen & Overy, Shearman & Sterling LLP, and Howrey LLP. Louise holds multiple academic degrees in law, including an LLM in EU Law from the College of Europe and a Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales.
