Conor Murray

Conor Murray is currently serving as a Clinical Fellow in Education & Learning for the New Hospital Programme since November 2023. Since May 2021, Conor has held the position of Senior Lecturer in Dietetic Practice Based Education at London Metropolitan University. Prior experience includes a role as a Workforce Transformation Fellow at Health Education England from January 2023 to October 2023, and as a Lecturer in Dietetics at Coventry University between February 2020 and May 2021. Conor also worked at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust as a Specialist Renal Dietitian from December 2017 to February 2020, and as a Registered Dietitian at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust from August 2016 to December 2017. Conor obtained a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics from Robert Gordon University between 2012 and 2016.
