Mia Nembhard Assoc. IEDP, MCIPD serves as the Inclusive Communities Manager at London Metropolitan University, where responsibilities include fostering an inclusive environment that celebrates cultural diversity through cultural awareness programs. Previously, Nembhard held the role of Diversity and Inclusion Lead at SOAS University of London and served as a Board Member for the NUS Charity. Nembhard has also worked as an Inclusive Design Consultant at Atkins and has been active in various capacities at the University of Leicester and the National Union of Students (UK). Educationally, Nembhard is pursuing a Master's degree in the Psychology of Education at UCL and holds a BA (Hons.) in Human Geography from the University of Leicester.
