Niquelle L.

Niquelle L. is an accomplished professional in the fields of education and performing arts, currently serving as the Head of Academy Breakin’ Convention and Founder at Academy Breakin’ Convention, the UK's first full-time Level 3 Extended Diploma in Performance and Production Arts focused on Hip Hop Theatre. Niquelle also holds positions as an English Lecturer and Year 10 Lead for the Upward Bound programme at London Metropolitan University and as a Dance Artist and Faculty Member for the Olivier award-winning company Boy Blue. As the CEO and Founder of Niquelle LaTouche Arts, Niquelle champions creative endeavors while contributing to professional development through a role at East London Dance. Previous experience includes mentoring vulnerable children and young people, serving as an Associate Choreographer for Once on This Island at Regent's Park Open Air Theatre, and teaching at various institutions, culminating in a strong educational foundation from esteemed institutions, including a Post Graduate Certificate of Education from IOE - UCL and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Reading.
