Tim Peake

Tim Peake is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property asset management, urban design, and project management. Currently serving as the Senior Property Asset Analyst and Strategist at the House of Commons since April 2015, Tim focuses on optimizing workplace and property management within the Parliamentary Estate. Additional roles include Urban Commons Postgraduate Design Researcher at London Metropolitan University and Principal CEO of Found In Place CIC, where Tim leads initiatives for socially innovative urban development. With a robust background in managing large-scale educational and cultural projects across various London boroughs, along with a series of architectural and urban design roles, Tim has demonstrated a commitment to sustainable urban regeneration. Tim is pursuing a PhD in the Design of the Cultural Commons at London Metropolitan University while holding multiple degrees in architecture and urban design.
