Helen Ikla is an experienced professional in the fields of events management and art history, currently serving as the Visitor Events Manager at the Museum of London since October 2022. Prior roles include Architecture Programme and Awards Manager and Architecture Programme Assistant at the Royal Academy of Arts from June 2016 to October 2022, as well as a Curatorial Research Assistant at The Design Museum for a brief period in 2016. Helen's career also features experience as a Web Content Editor at Piletilevi, where responsibilities included editing and translating event descriptions in Estonian and English. As a freelance translator from February 2014 to May 2016, Helen specialized in translating art history articles. Educationally, Helen holds a Master’s Degree in Architectural History from UCL and two Master's and Bachelor's Degrees in Art History from the Estonian Academy of Arts.
