Raffaela Pozzi has over a decade of experience in hospitality and sales, currently serving as the Assistant Head of Hospitality (Sales & Marketing) at the London Museum since July 2012. Prior roles at the London Museum include Sales and Marketing Manager, Corporate Sales Manager, and Sales Account Manager. Raffaela's career began at IET London: Savoy Place from December 2007 to August 2012, where positions included Sales and Event Executive, Sales and Event Coordinator, and Corporate Receptionist. Earlier experience includes a role as Front Office Receptionist at Kingsway Hall Hotel for a brief period in 2007. Raffaela holds a degree in Science of Communication and Technology with a focus on Science of Tourism from Universita' IULM Milano, obtained between 2001 and 2004.

The museum at Docklands is open daily 10am – 5pm and is FREE to all.
