Andrew Tibbitts

Andrew Tibbitts is an accomplished leader in innovation and growth, currently serving as Director of Innovation & Growth at London & Partners since December 2021, where responsibilities include supporting high-growth companies and inward investors in London as part of the Senior Leadership Team. Tibbitts has previously held significant roles, including Head of Innovation (Programmes) at London & Partners, where an 'Open Innovation' community was developed for senior corporate directors to engage with the startup ecosystem. Prior to this, Tibbitts served as COO and Board Director at TechHub, contributing to the support of over 3000 entrepreneurs and the launch of London’s first scaleup hub, and held the position of Director of Global Projects, where Tibbitts played a key role in the establishment of TechCity. Earlier experience includes serving as Programme Director for Technology, Media and Telecoms at London First, focusing on enhancing London’s business environment and campaigning for critical infrastructure projects.
