Joshua Novick has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Joshua began their career at the University of Massachusetts Amherst as a Graduate Teaching Assistant from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they worked as a Special Projects Coordinator at World Cafe Live. In 2009, they joined European Connection, where they held the roles of Sales and Marketing Assistant from 2009 to 2010, and later became the Sales and Operations Director from 2010 to 2013. Since 2013, Novick has been working at London & Partners, initially as a Business Development Executive for North America - Business Tourism from 2013 to 2014, then as a Business Development Manager from 2014 to 2018, and finally as a Senior Business Development Manager and Vice President of Business Development for North America - Business Tourism from 2018 to the present. Additionally, in 2018, they also worked as a Luxury Travel Advisor at Wanderlux Experiences.

Joshua Novick holds a B.A. degree in Human Biology & History of Art and Architecture from Brown University, which they obtained between 2000 and 2004. In 2006, they pursued an M.S. degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, which they completed in 2008. During the same year, they also obtained a Certificate in Restaurant Management from the International Culinary Center. In 2003, they briefly studied History of Art and Architecture at the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle. Prior to their university education, they obtained a High School Diploma from Thayer Academy in 2000.
