Karen Sandhu

Karen Sandhu currently serves as Head of Grow London Global at London & Partners, a position held since October 2012. In this role, Karen focuses on supporting London’s tech community in scaling internationally through tailored strategies. Additionally, Karen leads the Mayor’s International Business Programme, assisting high-growth London companies in expanding their international presence. Previous positions include leadership roles in Financial, Business Services, and Technology sectors and serving as Inward Investment Lead. Prior experience includes a role as Recruitment Account Manager for Ladbrokes at Consort Group Ltd, where Karen managed recruitment across various industries. Karen holds an ICF Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching and has a degree from the University of West London.
