Charlotte Ransom

Charlotte Ransom is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as the Head of Student Administration at London South Bank University since February 2023. Ransom has a strong background in student experience and administration, previously holding the position of Education and Student Experience Manager at the University of Kent from October 2013 to February 2023, where responsibilities included leading professional services teams and overseeing the entire student journey. Additional roles at the University of Kent encompassed School Administration Manager for the School of Computing and the School of BioSciences, as well as Student Experience Manager for the School of Economics.
