Nicole Louis

COO at London South Bank University

Nicole Louis is Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and a member of the University’s Executive group.

Within her role as CCO, Nicole has executive oversight within the University and the wider group for both the product and service offering and the key interfaces where students engage as customers, rather than as learners.

Leading on activities relating to marketing, recruitment, admissions, product, brand, customer service, employability, alumni engagement and fundraising, her role – and that of her wider team – is to support the LSBU group to Build corporate reputation, Widen participation amongst key under-represented groups, Increase enrolments, Enhance student satisfaction and advocacy through service excellence and strengthen engagement and contribution from our extensive network of alumni to support the advancement of the University and our learners. Nicole is currently serving as interim CEO of South Bank Academies Trust, overseeing the education and commercial operations of the schools within the LSBU group.
