Patrick Duffin is a seasoned business leader in the construction industry with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as Construction Director at London Square since June 2025, Patrick has held multiple senior roles at Berkeley Group Plc from August 2014 to June 2025, including Divisional Production Director and Operations Director. Prior to that, Patrick was Construction Director at CMC, part of The Varkey Group, from August 2010 to August 2014, and Project Manager at Al Futtaim Carillion, overseeing the Qasr Al Muwaiji museum project. Previous experience includes Contracts Manager at EPA/Galley Homes and Sub Agent at Mowlem. Patrick holds a BSc (Hons) in Construction Project Management from the University of Lancashire, obtained from 1996 to 2000.
