Chris Hipwood

Chris Hipwood is an experienced professional in event, transport, and project management, currently serving as Transport Lead for the NEOM Beach Games since July 2023. As the Director at Roadspace since September 2020 and holding the role of Event, Venue and Transport Operations at London Stadium since November 2018, Chris has demonstrated expertise in delivering major global projects. Previous roles include Commonwealth Games Spectator Transport Manager for Transport for West Midlands and various positions as Operations Manager for the Race Of Champions events. Notable accomplishments also include serving as Production Operations Manager for the 50th UAE National Day Celebration at Hatta Dam and Cluster Venue Transport Manager during the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. Education was completed at Dartford Grammar School from 1994 to 2001.
