Kristin Young

Kristin Young is an accomplished airport operations leader with over three decades of experience in the aviation industry. Currently serving as Airport Duty Manager at MAG (Airports Group) since September 2014, Kristin is responsible for leading operational teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring customer service excellence. Prior experience includes roles as Terminal Duty Manager at London Stansted Airport since March 2009, and Security Supervisor & Customer Service Manager at BAA from March 2003 to March 2009. Kristin began the career with Air UK, progressing from Check-in Agent to Regional Airport Manager for KLMuk, overseeing operations at six regional airports. Educational background includes attendance at Broxburn Academy from 1982 to 1987.
