Erica Bourne

Erica was appointed Chief People Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at LSEG in January 2023. She is responsible for ensuring the Group’s ambitions are delivered through its people and organisation strategy, including developing top talent, strategic capabilities and embedding a culture of inclusion and performance. She has deep global experience in technology, consulting and digital transformation.

Before LSEG, Erica spent four years at Burberry Group as the Chief People Officer and prior to that, spent 12 years in a variety of leadership and executive roles at American Express.

She received a Master of Business Studies from the University College Dublin and holds a Bachelor of Law and postgraduate law degree from University College Cork.
