Geethanjali Gopal

Geethanjali Gopal serves as the Global Head of Cloud at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) since January 2023, overseeing Cloud Engineering, Cloud Operations, and Developer Productivity for a prominent global financial markets infrastructure and data provider. Prior to LSEG, Geethanjali Gopal spent 16 years at Capital One, holding various leadership roles including Head of Cloud & Productivity Engineering for the US Card division, as well as Senior Director positions in Software Engineering for Card Acquisitions Platform and Enterprise Platforms and Products. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Analytics and Systems Dynamics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
