Jaz Gillon

Jaz Gillon is a skilled professional with extensive experience in onboarding and training within the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Onboarding at the London Stock Exchange Group since March 2021, Jaz oversees the global onboarding program for the Data & Analytics division, focusing on new hire integration and development to support Sales & Account Management teams. Previously, Jaz held the same position at Refinitiv from October 2018 to February 2021 and worked as a Learning Business Partner at both Refinitiv and Thomson Reuters. Earlier career roles include positions as Learning Manager and Global Banking and Research Training Manager at Barclays Capital, and Vice President at Lehman Brothers. Jaz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of Westminster.
