John Seaman

John Seaman currently serves as the Head of Compliance & Risk Operations at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) since January 2021. Prior to this role, John was the NatWest Markets Client Onboarding Lead at NatWest Markets Plc from May 2017 to December 2020, overseeing client onboarding processes. John also held a Project Manager position at Deutsche Bank, focusing on the Global anti-financial crime programme from June 2014 to May 2017. Earlier in the career at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, John served as the Head of FIG Client Onboarding and held several business management roles. John’s military background includes serving as an Instructor at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and various junior officer roles in the British Army. John graduated from The Manchester Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Management.
