Katherine Gansallo

Katherine Gansallo (MCIPD) currently serves as Director of Diversity and Inclusion for the UK, EMEA, and Group at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since July 2021, focusing on developing and driving global diversity and inclusion strategies. Katherine has held significant roles in various organizations, including Global Diversity and European Talent Management Lead at AXIS Capital, Senior Talent Manager at Liberty Global, and VP - Senior Graduate Recruiter at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Katherine’s educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Warwick and multiple CIPD diplomas. Currently, Katherine also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the International Business and Diplomatic Exchange (IBDE).
