Louise Hanthorne

Louise Hanthorne is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and human resources across diverse sectors. Currently serving as the Group Head of People, Technology and Global Talent Strategy at LSEG since April 2018, Louise has previously held significant roles within the company including Group Head of People, Technology and Corporate Functions, and Head of HR for Global Technology & Post Trade. Prior to joining LSEG, Louise contributed to Diageo in various HR leadership positions from September 2007 to March 2018, including Talent Strategy Director and HR Director for North Asia. Louise holds a BA Hons degree in French and German from The University of Manchester, completed in 2007.
